Sometime beginning a journey of meditation can seem daunting but it really doesn't have to be. Join We Be Kids at 8am for a 2 minute #dailypause in nature. Find a sit spot to look up at the sky, breathe and relax. Hitting the pause button and being mindful of ourselves and nature is great for our well-being. Over time you can choose to lengthen the time that you sit for, maybe 3 minutes, then 4 and so on.

3) Be Mindful- Use the pause to notice all that is around you with your senses.
4) Practice Kindness- In yoga only ever practice with kindness to yourself - EVERY practice is different, it's ok if your mind wanders back to other things during the mindfulness session, just once you notice it doing that, bring it back to focussing on just noticing. Learn to notice - my mind is trying to distract me. Look after yourself - there is only one of you.
