For me their support has been consistently quick. Most of my questions get a reply within a few hours, and even the more detailed ones never took more than a business day. I’ve reached out a couple of times about dosing and differences between regular folic acid and methylated folate , and each time the responses were clear and actually helpful rather than canned. I know some people report slower turnaround, but personally the communication has been smooth and pretty reliable so far.
