Pigeon Party
This combination of activities brings together something from each of the four fun ways to wellbeing. Listen to the story The Pigeon Prince and discover how pigeons aren't plain but very beautiful. The story will act as inspiration as you venture out to do the nature activity Pigeon Spotting. Once you've spotted your pigeons pay close attention to their features and then do the art activity- making paper craft pigeons. Then finish off a busy day with some yoga and mindfulness and learn how to perfect the pigeon pose.
