Each year we cycle through four seasons, each one bringing a unique set of changes to the world around us. If we don't slow down and notice these changes they can easily slip by.
Setting an intention to notice these changes is a way of practicing mindfulness and dedicating time to being present and aware of the changes happening around you. This can then lead on to a deeper awareness of the changes that take place within us too.
This activity is designed to help us be more mindful about change. Make it playful and fun, if you miss a visit to your special tree dot worry, just notice that maybe you were busy that day or feeling forgetful and try again tomorrow.
