Please watch this short clip before embarking on any of our yoga sessions. If you are unsure if you or anyone in your family is able to practice yoga, check with your doctors first. Listen with keen care to your body, even more carefully than you listen to me on the screen. Be kind with yourself and develop a full practice over time. As a yoga instructor who practices regularly, I am not you and I am not your body, you are. When I guide a session, I cannot know your underlying issues, or that you have a stiffer left knee etc but you do, as with any physical movement or breathing - ultimately follow what is best for you. Give yourself sufficient space to practice as you follow the moves on the screen and enjoy the yoga resources.
